Start by making a hole in Minion’s face so your dog can keep his head out. Calculate the measurements so that the hole is not too big, just a little more than your pet’s face.
Make a star and cut it along the lines until you get several triangles as in the image. Then glue the triangles inside so that the hole has a smooth edge and prevent it from collapsing.

Turn your Minion over and cut it vertically about 10.16 centimeters just below the black ribbon around the stuffed head down.

Once you have finished cutting the back of the doll, you should empty the inside of the Minion except the arms and the top of the head.

Now you must sew or paste the hole you made into Minion’s face inside. Remember that if you don’t use color thread other than yellow or an excessive amount of glue, the result won’t be as good.

Now cut a round piece of black cloth, slightly larger than the Minion’s head. You will use this fabric to seal your head and hold the padding in place. Sew it or paste it.

Place the card inside the Minion’s body, placing the right side at the top (on the head). Try using the smooth part that is not drawn in contact with the fabric. Use glue to stick the card to the fabric by applying it with a brush and preventing it from moving.

Make marks as shown in the image and cut the back of the wrist without completely dividing it.

Now insert it into the arm by placing the “U” inside the body. To prevent your dog from getting hurt it will be essential to add another card or tape very strong to fix it. Then repeat on the other arm. When the glue is fixed, you can bend the wrist arms in the desired direction.

Now you can attach the Velcro with those of the jeans and properly attach the entire structure of the wrist to the body of your dog. And make the Minions costume already made for dogs!
